Below, our fee models for ongoing legal services. You can choose between a pay-as-you-go option and a flat rate subscription.

EMBARK.flex

Ongoing and proactive legal support on a pay as you go basis.

On-tap legal support billed by the hour.

  • Fees invoiced monthly for the services of the previous month.
  • Invoices to be paid within 15 days after receipt.

Hourly rate: CHF 400/h (plus VAT)

Ongoing and proactive legal support at a fixed monthly rate.

Unlimited on-tap legal support for your business-as-usual needs.

  • Monthly subscription with fixed fee payable at the beginning of the month.
  • Cancellation is possible at any time, subscription terminates at the end of the calendar month.
  • Subscription does not cover major non-business-as-usual needs (e.g. financing rounds, exit, litigation) or support with legal matters we do not specialize in.
