Michael Fischer, COO, Eleven Dynamics AG (factory automation)Key advisor for Swiss-U.S. investments
EMBARK.LAW is a key advisor for our Swiss-U.S. investments. Their deep understanding of U.S. governance and VC investments has been critical in protecting our interests across borders. They are entrepreneurial lawyers with a passion for venture capital, consistently offering pragmatic, business-oriented advice.
Lukas Weder, Founding Partner, Founderful VenturesThe law firm for Startups
We founded Animatico in 2019 as an ETH spin-off with the mission to create the next-generation human-computer interface through stylized AI avatars. EMBARK.LAW was our go-to law firm from our seed round all through our exit. They helped us set up a solid IP strategy, created user-friendly customer contracts for us and managed our financing round professionally and smoothly. When Animatico was acquired by a US tech giant, they went all in for us and had our back during the negotiations. They delivered their usual excellent quality work all through the high-pressure, high-stakes process of the exit.
One thing we particularly valued when working with EMBARK.LAW were their simple and thorough explanations. Understanding all the details of the situation and their implications helped us take our decisions with confidence. We're also grateful that they always made sure everybody knew who was doing what until when. Knowing that they were thinking along allowed us to free our minds for other things.
Pascal Bérard, Christian Schüller and Riccardo Roveri, Co-founders, Animatico AG (animated AI avatars)Enhancing our sales strategy and securing our interests
As a high growth tech startup, optimizing our sales process is critical to our success. EMBARK.LAW played a pivotal role in this journey.
What set EMBARK.LAW apart was their proactive approach in offering actionable insights to further improve our sales strategy, directly contributing to our efficiency and negotiation strength. Their expertise in contract law and negotiation not only streamlined our agreements but also fortified our position in our deals. Their commitment and understanding of startup dynamics made them an invaluable partner in our business expansion.
We highly recommend EMBARK.LAW to any startup looking to elevate their sales process and secure their business interests effectively.

Daniel Koss, Founder & CEO, creable AG (MarTech)Exceptional experience
My experience with EMBARK.LAW has been exceptional. As a startup founder, it is critical to find a legal team that fully understands the specific needs and challenges you face when running a startup and managing investment rounds, and EMBARK.LAW has exceeded all my expectations.
For example, during our financing rounds, they not only handled all of the legal issues with great professionalism, but also worked closely with me to set up the financing and structure the rounds. They took the time to model different valuations and clearly explain what they meant in terms of capital allocation. This level of dedication and expertise made all the difference for us.
I highly recommend EMBARK.LAW to anyone looking for top-notch legal assistance, especially in the startup sector. Their experience and collaborative approach is an invaluable resource.

EMBARK.LAW has been part of our journey since the beginning, taking care of our legal needs as we grow. When we expanded to the USA, they expertly handled the legal setup – from incorporating Drone Harmony Corp. to setting up our corporate governance and helping with our first U.S. hires.
